Minimum order
Our minimum wholesale order value is £80.
There is no minimum quantity per design. You can mix and match any designs from across our range to reach the minimum order value, whether that means one of a design, ten of another or hundreds of your bestsellers.
Wholesale pricing
Wholesale pricing is based on the total number of StickyPins in your order, not the quantity of each individual design.
This means you can mix and match freely across our entire range and still benefit from our volume pricing. The relevant price band is applied automatically in your basket based on the total number of pieces ordered.
Volume pricing levels are shown after logging in to your account.
Shipping
Orders over £120 qualify for free UK shipping. Orders below £120 will have the applicable shipping charge added at checkout.
We hold our wholesale range in stock in the UK and aim to dispatch orders placed for in-stock products on the next working day, usually using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Products and availability
Our wholesale catalogue includes more than 1,000 StickyPins designs, with new products added regularly.
All orders are subject to stock availability. On rare occasions where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund for the affected items.
Trade accounts
StickyPins Wholesale is intended for businesses and other customers purchasing products for resale.
We welcome trade customers of all sizes, including independent retailers, gift shops, phone accessory stores, market traders, online sellers, TikTok Shops and larger retail businesses.
You will need a StickyPins Wholesale account to view trade pricing and place an order.
Recommended retail price
Our standard recommended retail price is £3.99 per StickyPin.
This is a recommendation only. Trade customers remain responsible for setting their own retail prices.
Payment
Payment is required when placing an order unless alternative payment terms have been agreed with us in advance.
Returns and damaged goods
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue so we can put it right.
Changes to prices and terms
Wholesale prices, recommended retail prices, shipping thresholds and these trade terms may be updated from time to time.
The prices and terms shown on the StickyPins Wholesale website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
